Escrow Policy
After receipt and review of the escrow documents, an introductory letter will be mailed to all parties confirming first payment date and payment amount.
Release of Information
Please provide written authorization for all address and name changes. Custodial held documents will only be released upon signature approval of all participating parties. Recorded documents may be released, -fees may apply.
